Open Question: I am investing through a 403b. How should I change my portfolio in down market?

I have been 50 % total stock market. 25 % euro stock market. 25 % long term bonds. I'm thinking of going 25/25/50... I'm looking for stability in this down market. However, I do understand and appreciate there is still money to be made out there. I agree with the first response, however I don't want to buy all the way to the bottom. I understand dollar cost averaging, but the market is going to go down more (according to the indicators). I am not a market timer exactly, but things are pointing to a moderate recession. I do want to keep a stake in the market as I am young (less than 30).
